While we strive for 110% satisfaction a majority of our products are personalized.  If the error is on our side we will gladly fix any mistakes that may have incurred.  However, if you have made an error on your end there is a no refund policy.  Your engraving will be done exactly how you type it.  If you use all caps it will be printed in all caps, ect... 

We do understand and want you to shop with us for years to come.  We would be happy to review and refunds on a per bases.
